Meet Meg Niblock: Assistant Principal
It is such a privilege to serve as an
assistant principal for Sugar Creek Elementary!
This school and community of students are truly so very special to
me. This will be my fourth year at Sugar
Creek and it really is an amazing place like no other! I am very excited about transitioning from a
special education teacher to assistant principal position. This is my thirteenth year in education. I have taught special education for my entire
career; grades Kindergarten through 6th grade.
This will be my first year in an administrative role. The vision of Sugar Creek is something that I
try to uphold daily: putting children first, striving for excellence and
building positive relationships. It is my belief that relationships are at the
core of establishing a successful school community. I am so thrilled to build new relationships
and watch established ones continue to flourish.
I graduated from the
University of South Carolina at Aiken where I played soccer for four years on
the women’s soccer team. While at the
University of South Carolina at Aiken I earned a BA in Special Education. I also obtained my M.Ed. in Educational
Administration from the University of South Carolina in 2016. My family moved to Charlotte from Columbia,
SC in 2016. We have loved living
here. We are relocating from Charlotte
for Fort Mill and finally planting roots in May.
When
I am not at school or working I love spending time with my husband of ten
years, Lance. We have an 8 year old
daughter, Charlie, who always keeps up busy and makes things fun. I love traveling and spending time with my
amazing family and friends. We enjoy
outdoor adventures, concerts, going to sporting events, and trying new foods. I am so honored for the opportunity to
represent SCES and I look forward to serving our amazing students, families and
staff.

Meet Aaron Plummer: Administrative Assistant Principal
It is an honor to be at Sugar Creek Elementary
this year and serve as the Administrative Assistant Principal. This will be my 8th year in education and my
first in Fort Mill. The first six years of my career were spent working in
Charlotte as a physical education teacher at Ballantyne Elementary. I graduated from Southern Wesleyan University
with a B.S. in Physical Education and completed my Master’s in Educational
Leadership at Gardner-Webb University. One of the many things that excite me
about being at Sugar Creek is the opportunity to build relationships with other
staff members, the community, and most importantly our students.
Outside of school, I
love spending time with my wife and daughter and being the best husband and dad
possible. Staying active, cooking and
eating, and watching Clemson football are a few ways I like to spend my free
time. I believe in working hard but also taking time to enjoy the many things
life has to offer
